Friday, June 5th, we are welcoming you back with in-store shopping! Curbside pick-up and * free shipping is still available should you prefer one of those options. Our sales team is ready to assist you in-store, over the phone, email or online.

We look forward to helping you with all of your photographic needs. There will be some operational changes as directed by the county health department. With consideration for the health of our staff, fellow patrons and directives issued by the county of Santa Clara Public Health Department; by entering our store you agree to:

• Practice proper social distancing, stay at least 6’ apart.
• Wear face covering while visiting our store.
• Do not enter the store if you have a fever and/or experiencing cough or cold symptoms.
• We ask that you use hand sanitizer before entering.
• We encourage you to use contactless payment if possible. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
• We will be limiting the number of customers that can enter the store at any given time.

What we are doing to keep you safe.
• We will disinfect all of our display equipment before it is presented to you.
Our sales staff will be separated to maintain proper social distancing between you, your salesperson, and other patrons.

Free Shipping for purchases over $100 within California, excludes oversize packages. (background paper, tripod, lighting kits ect.)
• Sensor cleanings
• Camera Equipment Rentals
• Non-warranty repair drop-off for Canon, Nikon (except Coolpix cameras), Sony, Panasonic and Fuji cameras and lenses.
• Manufacture warranty repairs for Nikon, Sony, and Sigma lenses

We thank all of those who have supported our store during the many weeks of the stay-at-home order. Your support helped keep us going. To those who may be visiting us for the first time, or the first time in a long time, we will do our best to get you the help and equipment you may need in a safe and efficient manner.

Curbside Pick Up:
We offer curbside pick up for orders placed over the phone or through our website as well as rental pick up/drop off. For the health and safety of our staff and fellow patrons, we ask that you follow proper social distancing protocols and wear face coverings as recommended by state health officials.

Our rental department will resume operations and allow for curbside pick up and drop off. All rentals will require advance reservation. Call to place you reservation no more than seven (7) days in advance. There is a two item limit per customer. No straps will be included with camera rentals. Memory cards will not be included with camera rentals. If you need a memory card and or card reader you will have to purchase those items separately. Purchased memory cards and readers are not returnable. Our standard rental polices apply to all rentals. Please check our rental policy page for complete details.

Sensor Cleaning:

No appointment is required to drop off your camera for sensor cleaning. Turnaround time for all sensor cleanings is 1-2 days. The cost is $50. We ask that you remove your camera strap and memory card prior to drop off. Along with cleaning your sensor, your camera will be disinfected and wrapped in a plastic bag when it is returned to you.

Non-Warranty Repairs:
At this time we are accepting select cameras and lenses for repair. All repairs are sent out and subject to an official estimate. Estimate cost is $30 and is nonrefundable. Repair time will average between 4-8 weeks. We are accepting Canon, Sony, Panasonic, and Nikon interchange lens cameras and lenses. If you are unsure regarding you camera model please call before you drop off.

At this time we are accepting cameras and lenses covered by the original manufacturer 1-year warranty for Nikon and Sony cameras and lenses as well as Sigma lenses. There is a $20 shipping fee for theses repairs. Average turnaround time is between 4-6 weeks.

Mack Extended Warranty Repairs:
Unfortunately the repair facility that covers extended warranties and service contacts is currently closed. At this time we are NOT accepting repairs that will be covered under a service contract or extended warranty. If you require service under one of these contracts, call the store and we will arrange to send you a notification when the repair facility reopens.

Film Processing:
At this time our film processing lab is closed and we are not accepting film orders.We recommend Foto Express ( 408-971-3977 ) in San Jose for your film processing needs.

*Operating hours are subject to change at any time. All online orders placed Monday-Thursday will be processed the next business day. Online orders placed after 3:00pm Friday thru Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Non-warranty and warranty repairs may be delayed due to COVID-19.
