In-Store Pickup
San Jose Camera now offers In-Store Pickup for select* items on our website. Simply make your purchase online and select In-Store Pickup under the shipping options. Most orders will be available the following day.
Here's how it works:
- During checkout, choose In-Store Pickup
- Complete your purchase.***
- You will receive an order confirmation email.
- A second email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up. Most orders will be fulfilled by the next day. Some orders may take up to 48 hours to process.
- Valid photo ID is required for pick up.
- Your purchase will be held for 7 days; if you don't pick up your order by then, we will cancel your order and refund your method of payment.
In-Store Pick Up Requirements:
- Only you can pick up your order.
- The credit card used for the purchase must be issued to you.
- A current and valid government-issued photo ID is required for pick up.
- Virtual and one-time-use credit cards cannot be used for In-Store Pickup.
- Temporary debit cards cannot be used for In-Store Pickup.
- All online orders are subject to verification. The verification process may delay pick up date and time. Verification may take up to 48 hours.
Canceling your order:
If necessary, you may cancel your order by calling the store and talking to a member of our sales team. Your order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed.

San Jose Camera & Video puts forth every effort to ensure inventory levels are accurately reflected online. San Jose Camera & Video may cancel an order if inventory is unavailable.
