IMPORTANT NOTES AND POTENTIAL LIMITATIONS

During the game day experience there are specific exceptions and potential limitations that you need to be aware of and acknowledge compliance of stadium specific rules.

Stay together and in your assigned spot. All participants who walk on to the field to photograph will be assigned a specific area to photograph from by your instructor. You will not be able to deviate from that location. Free roaming without your instructor will lead to your dismissal and escorted from the stadium.

There will be no seats on the field. During you time on the field you will be kneeling, standing or sitting on the grass. You most likely find yourself sitting on the floor or kneeling for approximately an hour during your time on the field. You must be able to physically capable of this to participate in the on field shooting experience. Chairs and folding stools are not allowed on the field.

Be alert and aware at all times. You must stay alert and be ready to move out of the way should the action get a little to close. The distance from your spot on the field and the field of play is incredibly close. You do not want to be tackled accidentally by aspiring professional football players running at full speed. By participating in this workshop you acknowledge the inherent risk of injury and damage to your equipment due to the inherent nature of the sport and your willingness to participate.

You can’t bring everything. As you walk onto the field during the game there are limitations as to what you can bring. Stated simply, you can only bring what you can carry on your person. No bags of any type. No, tripods, monopods, bags or stands of any type. Any equipment you bring onto the field has to be in your hands, in pocket on your clothes, or hanging from a strap on your body. During the pregame class we will discuss what lenses you should bring with you to avoid carrying unnecessary equipment with you.

These rules and limitations are in place for the safety of the players, coaching staff, game officials and you the participant. We want you to have a safe, and enjoyable experience.
